Our Day at Sea World
by Marsha Grace and the Second Graders in Room 11 at Schallert
Elementary
One day, Bryan, my nephew and I decided to go to Sea World in San Antonio.
We drove there and parked in a huge parking lot. We paid thirty six dollars
for a ticket, and we went in the park and saw Shamu the whale.
Then we went swimming in the wave pool, and it was fabulous. Bryan and
I decided to go see the dolphins. We bought forty dollars worth of fish
and started feeding the dolphins.
Bryan got to touch the dolphin's tongue, and I got to touch his back.
It was the smoothest and softest thing I have ever felt.
What a great day at Sea World (even though I did feel sorry that the
dolphins had to live in a cement pond. I hope that doesn't make you sad).
