Employee Excellence Awards
The Annual Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Employee Excellence Awards program is sponsored by Staff Advisory Council (SAC). This program recognizes three exceptional staff employees for their contribution to the University and its mission.
Employees are nominated in early spring and should meet the “Criteria of Excellence” that is set forth in the ballot. Nominees are reviewed by a committee consisting of two employees appointed by the President of the University, two employees appointed by the SAC President, and one recent retire selected at random.
Winners are announced at the Employee Service Awards Ceremony. They each receive a personal acrylic award of recognition, a $500 check, and their name is placed on the “Employee Excellence Award Plaque” located in Corpus Christi Hall on the second floor in the entrance to the Administrative Offices.
