Pre-printed inserts
Pre-printed inserts may be placed in Island Waves at a rate of $150.00 per 1,000 inserts.
- Minimum number of inserts 1000 Maximum number of insert 3000
- Minimum size of inserts 3''x5'' Maximum number of inserts 8''x11''
* Even distribution of inserts is not guaranteed to advertisers who do not place the maximum number of inserts.
All inserts must be approved by the Editor-in-Chief and space must be reserved by the appropriate advertising deadlines prior to shipping the pre-printed inserts to our printer. Multi-advertiser inserts and/or inserts with accordion folds are not accepted.
