    This seminar will review strategies for taking effective notes and maintaining focus during lectures.

    This seminar will explore test preparation and managing test anxiety.

    This seminar will include a discussion of AD/HD symptoms and diagnosis, treatment options, coping strategies and campus and community resources.

    Alcohul Education Program for Minors, Part II – Thurs., 2/15, 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. – Room TBA
    This is a 6 hour alcohul education course for minors cited/charged with alcohul related offenses. This $45 course is approved by the Texas Department of State Health Services. Pre-registration is required and participants must attend Part I and Part II. To register call x2703.

    The key to developing a more positive body image is learning to respect our natural shape and countering those negative thoughts and feelings with positive, self-affirming ones.
