Emergency Loans

All students applying for Emergency Loans must be registered and have a completed application and Master Promissory Note. All emergency loans are processed on a first-come-first-served basis as long as funds are available. For more information on emergency loans click on Payment Options .

Summer I 2011


• Begin Accepting Applications: May10, 2011
• Payment Due: June 21, 2011
• Book Loan Expires*: June 16, 2011

Summer II 2011


• Begin Accepting Applications: June 23, 2011
• Payment Due: July 26, 2011
• Book Loan Expires*: July 22, 2011

Fall 2011


• Begin Accepting Applications: August 9, 2011
• Payment Due: November 1, 2011
• Book Loan Expires*: September 21, 2011

Spring 2012


• Begin Accepting Applications: December 13, 2011
• Payment Due: March 27, 2012
• Book Loan Expires*: February 8, 2012

Any applications received before this date will be disregarded. Any payments received after due date will be assessed a $25.00 late fee per loan and all records will be place on hold. No transcripts or registration will be allowed until the balance is paid in full.

Any payments made, including any financial aid awarded, will be applied towards any student balance, installment plan or emergency tuition loan even if they are not due. Refunds are not issued unless all tuition and fees are paid.

* Book Loans are placed on the SandDollar ID and if they are not used by the expiration date any unused portion will be applied to any balance on the student account or refunded if paid in full.
