(Duplicate applications can cause delays, please complete only one of the following)- Complete the Graduate Studies online Application Form or
- Download a paper Application Form or
- Fill out the Apply Texas online Application Form
- Complete program specific application forms
(Presently only Nursing Majors require an additional application)- Nursing program RN-MSN / MSN (Registered Nurses Only) Application Form
- Submit your Statement of Purpose (grad guide) required
- Request your Official Transcripts to be sent (grad guide) required
- Pay your application fee ($50 for US citizen, $70 for International Students) required
- If your application fee is outstanding, pay by credit card here
- Submit your Letters of Recommendation (grad guide)
- Request an Online Letter of Recommendation
- Complete an Online Letter of Recommendation
- Submit your Standardized Test Scores (grad guide)
- Review the Admission Requirements Handout and the Graduate School Catalog for Additional Documents required by your program
