Surveying II: The Advanced Short Course
July 27 - August 1, 2008
The Advanced Short Course provides a dynamic learning atmosphere and is designed for experienced survey technicians, office and field personnel, supervisors and managers seeking to gain more information about the legal, technical, and business aspect of professional surveying. Instructors for the course include professionals in the industry, technical surveying software and equipment experts, an expert witness for legal surveying cases, and Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi faculty.
This course is also designed to take both intro-level and advanced-level through advanced topics with hands-on approaches and is useful as a general review for Registered Professional Land Surveyors or those desiring eventual registration. RPLS’ can earn 16 Continuing Education Units upon completion of the course. While most of the instructional material is essential to the surveying profession, this is not a quick-study course to pass the surveyor registration examination.
The Advanced Short-Course will be held Sunday, July 27, 2008 through Friday, August 1, 2008 on the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi campus located at 6300 Ocean Drive.
