The Office of Event & Conferences coordinates and facilitates a variety of events including
banquets, campus tours and visits, conferences, employee training, fundraisers, meetings,
satellite broadcasts, video conferencing, teleconferencing and more. The OEC has access to
the most modern facilities including an assortment of small meeting rooms, classrooms, and
a 6,453 square foot ballroom. We provide custom set up designs tailored to fit your needs.
If it's recreational facilities that you require, we have access to the gymnasium, practice
fields, and Olympic sized pool, as well. The OEC also assists you with menu planning. With a
nationally known foodservice provider and a full-time chef, there is little, if anything we
can't do. From beverage service and a light snack to a plated dinner, we can custom create
delicious fare to accent your event. We have access to an array of special services including
conference cards, media, printing, mailing, and more.
